• Select the product(s) and checkout
• Provide your drop-off address and choose your preferred drop-off time window during checkout. You will also have an opportunity to provide any special instructions.
• Review the instructions in your confirmation email for the rentals you’ve chosen.
• We’ll handle the rest :)

During checkout you will provide the location and 2-hour time window when you would like your item(s) dropped off and picked up. Please note that the earliest rental drop-off and pick-up times are between 10:00am-12:00pm and the latest are between 4:00pm-6:00pm.

If you have commitments that require drop-off at a more specific time or if you'd like to add any other special instructions, you can input those details in the "Special instructions for drop-off and pick-up" field during checkout. We will do our best to accommodate your request. If we are unable to, we will be in touch to coordinate an alternative arrangement.

We offer flexible rental periods with a minimum charge of one day. You can rent gear for less than a 24-hour period at our 1-day rental price.

If you need to extend your rental period, please contact us as soon as possible. We'll do our best to accommodate your request, depending on availability.

Yes, we thoroughly clean, sanitize, and inspect all our baby gear before and after every rental to ensure it meets our high standards of cleanliness and safety.

Accidents happen, and we understand. Please notify us immediately if the gear gets damaged during your rental period. Depending on the extent of the damage, you may be responsible for repair or replacement costs. This also includes excessive uncleanliness. We reserve the right to determine the state of condition that the product is returned to us in. We expect our renters to return the product in the same condition that it was provided in.
